The scope of practice for naturopaths in B.C. is very broad. Their scope is defined in the 2008 regulation act, link below.
Standards of practice for registered naturopaths in B.C.
Title: May use the titles “doctor” and “physician”
Prescription drugs: Permitted if registrant holds certification for prescriptive authority

IV administration: Permitted
Diagnostic tests: Permitted
Minor office procedures: Permitted
Spinal manipulations: Permitted
